About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Forecasting Analyst to join our team at PriceSenz. As a key member of our Forecasting Team, you will be responsible for managing work streams and resources that impact appointment offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and analyze statistical forecasts in our Forecasting Tool to predict employee resources and provide supply chain information to meet customer demand.
  • Gather, analyze, and validate data to inform forecasting models.
  • Review and refine statistical forecast models to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Facilitate collaborative planning processes to achieve consensus on operational demand forecasts.
  • Apply error analysis techniques to improve forecasting accuracy.
  • Summarize aggregate statistical forecasts and recommend adjustments for operational forecasts.
  • Prepare relevant materials to facilitate research and discussion.
  • Provide input to volume planning and historical load data for annual PTO processes.
  • Facilitate and manage demand planning customer meetings.
  • Maintain demand planning systems and Forecast Tool.
  • Enter and modify data to ensure correctness.
  • Monitor trends in forecast error.
  • Prepare and maintain relevant reports pertaining to demand planning processes.
  • Respond to override requests via chat.
  • Refine systems and methods to continually improve forecasts and better anticipate customer needs.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical, organizational, decision-making, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with all areas and levels of business.
  • Ability to prioritize work and handle multiple issues concurrently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work in a consultative manner with others, establishing rapport, interviewing, fact-finding, presenting options, recommending solutions, following up, and demonstrating customer-focused behavior.
  • Previous experience in a multitasking, result-oriented position in a deadline-focused business.
