Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to senior executives and teams.
- Manage complex calendars, prioritize meeting requests, and handle logistics.
- Coordinate high-level internal and external meetings and conference calls.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, process expense reports.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents.
- Onboard new hires and manage contingent worker processes.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist with time reporting, billing processes, and maintaining supply inventory.
- Support ad-hoc projects and participate in group event planning.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
