Job Title: Customer Service Representative / Administrative Assistant

Our team is passionate about customer satisfaction and continuous improvement, and we are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative / Administrative Assistant to join us.

Position Overview: The Customer Service Representative / Administrative Assistant will play a vital role in ensuring a positive customer experience and supporting administrative functions within the company. This individual will handle customer inquiries, provide information about products and services, resolve issues, and perform various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and courteously.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges.
  • Maintain and update customer records and databases.
  • Assist with general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and scheduling.
  • Coordinate and support company events and meetings.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service and support.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
  • Positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Compensation:

  • Hourly rate: $20-22, depending on experience.
