What we're looking for:


The Customer Service Operations team is looking for TWO passionate and highly motivated temporary associates to assist the regional customer first team with processing lemon law cases.


What you'll be doing:

  • Preparation and dissemination of lemon law acknowledgment letters.
  • Request repair orders and sales documents from Toyota dealerships.
  • Input repair history data and details (Sales Force/Guest Experience Platform GEP).
  • Distribute customer cases to appropriate regional personnel.
  • Assemble/Order documents for Toyota HQ and Legal department.
  • Collaborate with dealer personnel, district managers, and field technical specialists.

Requirements:

Qualifications/ What you bring (Must Haves):

Highlight Top 3-5 skills

  • Strong written and oral communication.
  • Organizational and time management skills is a PLUS.
  • Ability to maintain the strictest of confidentiality Added bonus if you have.

Preferred:

  • Previous automotive call center or customer relations experience.
  • Previous Toyota or Lexus experience.
