Technical Support Representative

BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Technical Support Representative for an opportunity in Durham, NC

Position Title: Technical Support Representative

Location: Durham, NC

Anticipated Start Date: 12/23

Expected Duration: 12+ months contract + Renewable

Job Type: [FULL TIME (>=40 HRS WEEKLY) [CONTRACT TO HIRE], [ONSITE]

Pay Range: $25 - $29/hr only on W2

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Responsibilities:

  • Windows 11 installation/configuration/troubleshooting
  • Laptop/Desktop install, repair and troubleshooting
  • Client facing role. Requires excellent customer service
  • Ticket management and resolution
  • Own transportation
  • Excellent timekeeping and reliability
