ExecuSource has partnered with a reputable insurance brokerage firm in the search for a Executive Assistant who will also be performing sales support duties. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales and Executive Assistant to join their team on a contract basis. This role will primarily support several C-Suite executives and the business development team.
Compensation: 40-44/hr
Schedule: Hybrid, Onsite when executive is in office, remote while he is traveling
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Duration: 3-9 month contract
Reason for being open: Current EA going on maternity leave
Start date: Mid September
Interviewing: This week and next week
What you get to do:
- Salesforce Management: Update Salesforce with information from sales meetings, ensuring all tasks and action items are assigned to the appropriate person. Help optimize the use of Salesforce, ensuring it is fully functioning and effectively utilized by the team.
- Meeting Support: Prepare pre-meeting materials and follow up on post-meeting action items. You will not need to attend meetings but will be responsible for ensuring all meeting preparations and follow-ups are handled efficiently.
- Executive Summaries: Generate executive summaries for each renewal and maintain a consolidated summary of the companies you support.
- Task Management: Serve as a taskmaster, keeping the executives and the team organized in a fast-paced environment. You will take notes during weekly business development calls and ensure all action items are tracked and completed.
- Document Creation: Utilize Microsoft Office products to create and manage documents as needed.
What you need to succeed:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, 2-5 years minimum
- Experience working with Private Equity (PE) firms or in the insurance industry is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office products, with exceptional attention to detail. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where last-minute changes are common.
- The ideal candidate is easy-going, not afraid to ask questions, and willing to jump in wherever needed. They are looking for someone who is willing to be a team player, helpful, and open to doing what needs to be done to support the team.
- Some flexibility is required, including the ability to work late or log in from home if needed.
