Qualifications:

  • Leadership experience in building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com and Excel.

  • Experience with large conferences is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Secure corporate sponsorships and support fundraising initiatives.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive sponsorship and fundraising programs.
  • Lead the strategy and execution of regional cultivation and stewardship events.
  • Create and execute strategies to achieve financial goals through events, sponsors, and donor revenue.
  • Mentor and lead the event management team.
  • Participate in the Senior Leadership Team to develop organizational goals and enhance collaboration.
  • Manage department and event budgets.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support the organization's mission.
  • Oversee the production and management of key events, including sponsorships and budgets.
  • Build and cultivate relationships with donors, sponsors, and key stakeholders.
  • Track projects, contacts, and communications to ensure successful event execution.
  • Partner with the Marketing and Communications Team on PR, social media, and content development.
  • Develop and execute event prospecting strategies to increase revenue and attendance.
  • Ensure high-quality events that enhance revenue, brand, and donor involvement.

Benefits:

  • Salary Range: $150,000 to $200,000, plus bonus and benefits.
  • Ownership of event success and sponsorship procurement.
  • Up to 30% travel required.
  • Reports to the Executive Director, with direct engagement with the CEO.
