About the Role

The Senior Project Manager plays a critical role in delivering consulting services to our financial services client account, driving strategic business objectives.

This position is responsible for leading individual, multi-disciplined corporate facility security system application-based project solutions for the client, with direct accountability for project delivery.

This role is part of the Project Management function, responsible for managing projects from initiation through completion.

The ideal candidate should have a background in managing systems and application implementation projects related to corporate security infrastructure systems.

This role requires on-site presence at the client facility in Chandler, AZ, 5 days a week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for individual Corporate Security infrastructure projects, including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
  • Lead system/application security infrastructure implementation projects, including card access, CCTV, camera, and other access control systems.
  • Track the progress of each project against goals, objectives, approved budgets, and approved timelines through report status and variances.
  • Lead project delivery resources/team, providing project guidance and direction to achieve project goals.
  • Assure the card access and audio/video systems are procured and installed, including engineering, supply, installation, programming, and commissioning.
  • Coordinate with the facilities team to create a control system management strategy aligned with business objectives and technology lifecycle.
  • Ensure the maintenance and repairs of security audio/video and card access systems are maintained according to the manufacturer's recommended process.
  • Create and coordinate security system program plans, educating, informing, and influencing internal teams to provide the best client experience.
  • Drive transparency in day-to-day operations and create a collaborative partnership with the client.
  • Perform monthly and quarterly data reporting exercises, preparing detailed Key Performance Indicator Reports to track trends and report on progress toward client service support goals.
Requirements
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, with 8-10 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • Minimum of 6 years of project management experience leading building security system projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and experience with PM Web or other project management software.
  • Advanced understanding of access control systems, audio/video security systems, and the real estate corporate industry.
  • Prior experience reading and understanding architectural, civil, electrical, & mechanical drawings.
  • Knowledge of leases, contracts, and construction practices.
