Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Virtual Assistant at Bjorn’s Heating & Air Conditioning. As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks to support the day-to-day operations of the company. This includes answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, managing emails, data entry, and providing general administrative support as needed.

Qualifications
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with customer service
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is desirable
