We are seeking an extremely driven Channel Manager to help us grow our customer base and ensure ongoing success for our partners.

Role Overview:
As a Channel Manager at Rocket Alumni Solutions, you will be at the forefront of our AV, IT, and Sponsor partnership efforts. You will be responsible for driving new inbound leads through our partners (booking demos) that our Sales team will manage and close. Your primary method of booking demos will be managing our pre-established connections and partnerships. In addition, you will continuously seek new partnerships. You will lead the development (with our engineering team) of a partnership portal. You will collaborate with Rocket teams to supply necessary graphics, marketing collateral, sales materials, web-content, and presentations to share with partners. You will continuously assess and manage all partnerships, ensuring everything we (and partners) produce meets our clients’ world-class expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess existing partnerships
  • Form new 3rd party partnerships
  • Facilitate rep education within partner organizations
  • Manage existing partner organizations
  • Drive a large quantity of new demos from each partner
  • Support and nurture 1,000+ individuals across various rep firms and dealers

Requirements:

  • 4+ years experience in a fast paced sales partnership role
  • Proof of exceeding quota / goals consistently
  • Ability to lead projects, manage timelines, and collaborate across departments
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and an all-day motor
  • Passion for cutting edge technology
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong entrepreneurial spirit
