Schedule: Onsite, Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

Salary: $50,000 base salary plus variable compensation

Job duties

  • Collaborate with outside sales team, reviewing respective customer requirements and quotes
  • Generate new and repeat sales by providing product information in a timely manner
  • Determine customer requirements and expectations to recommend specific products and solutions
  • Recommend alternative products based on cost, availability, or specifications
  • Increase sales and average order size by means of cross-selling, up-selling, add-on sales and offering promotional sales items
  • Obtain accurate information from vendors relating to shipment dates and expected dates of delivery



Qualifications

  • 2-3 years’ experience with inside sales
  • Industry experience within manufacturing or distribution
