As our dynamic Inside Sales Associate, you play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our business. Through impactful communication via phone and email, you will enhance customer relationships, increase sales, and elevate the overall buying experience. Your focus on proactive selling, collaboration with the outside sales team, and strategic lead generation initiatives will be essential in achieving company objectives and exceeding performance targets.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Meet performance targets by growing revenue and increasing the margin of assigned accounts.
  • Increase order size, grow customer transactions, and leverage pricing tools to improve margin percentage.
  • Grow the customer base by acquiring new customers and converting purchases from competitors.
  • Manage all existing accounts through steady communication using CRM system.
  • Make outbound calls daily, reaching a minimum target, to engage both new and existing customers.
  • Conduct follow-up calls and emails to nurture leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide support in achieving overall sales goals.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new lead generation strategies.
  • Communicate the value of our offerings to potential clients, creating interest in our products and services.
  • We could make these last 3 bullet points one with (Must Demonstrate excellent communication skills with the ability to be persuasive and convey messages clearly and convincingly.)
  • Additional Responsibilities & Qualifications
  • Proven experience in lead generation, outbound calling, or telemarketing is preferred.
  • Persistent and results-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed lead generation targets.
  • Ability to work with little or no supervision.


Work Experience

  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently.
  • Basic experience of simple office/operational systems.
  • Excellent verbal, written, people, and diplomacy skills are required.
  • Experience of interpreting strategy and policy in setting and delivering objectives.
  • Experience with CRM is preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong customer service skills (friendly, courteous, and helpful).
  • Strong planning and organizational skills are required.

Education

  • High School Diploma
