This Southern California-based growth-stage startup, led by a strong management team of industry experts, is well-positioned for expansion this year. The company is already profitable, with 8-figure ARR, and is growing over 30% per month. Their Founder/CEO has led several successful venture-backed companies and has a track record of mentorship and promoting from within. They are focused on improving the customer experience, product optimization, data analytics, new user acquisition strategies, and driving greater brand recognition.


Role & Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a team of product managers, growth specialists, and analysts.
  • Champion product growth with a focus on enhancing the customer enrollment experience.
  • Use data-driven decision making and rapid iteration to improve conversion rates and lifetime value.
  • Gather input from customers and define innovative digital solutions.
  • Manage product feedback through analytical tools, concept testing, etc.
  • Monitor and report on product KPIs.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies to accelerate user acquisition, retention, and engagement.
  • Work cross-functionally to scope, design, concept test, and deliver innovative digital health solutions.
  • Improve the look and feel of the user experience without sacrificing performance.
  • Identify market opportunities, conduct competitive analysis, and drive customer-centric landing page and funnel enhancements.
  • Implement conversion rate optimization programs to drive continuous funnel improvement.
  • Collaborate with design and product teams on website enhancements that improve customer experience and retention.


Skills & Experience Needed:

  • 8+ years of growth product management experience.
  • Proven track record in driving significant user acquisition and retention for a high-growth, consumer-focused startup.
  • Extensive experience with digital growth, data analytics, and product optimization.
  • Experience working on consumer-focused web applications, eCommerce, and subscription-based platforms.
  • Strong understanding of the customer lifecycle journey - from first touch to onboarding to retention.
  • Previous startup experience within the health and wellness space is a plus.
  • Proficiency with multiple analytics tools and working with various data sources.
  • Collaborative, fun, and enjoy working in a high-impact position.
  • Experience leading product management and owning conversion optimization.
  • Experience with infrastructure projects around SEO, CRM, and Email.
  • Proficiency with A/B testing and statistical analysis.
  • Experience with Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
