Leveraging your expertise in digital marketing, analytics, and conversion optimization, you will lead cross-functional initiatives to drive user acquisition, improve conversion rates, and enhance customer lifetime value. Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies to acquire, activate, and retain customers across TP-Link's product portfolio. Lead cross-functional teams to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital advertising, email marketing, social media, and content marketing. Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to measure and optimize campaign effectiveness, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive continuous growth. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify key target audiences and develop tailored messaging and positioning strategies. Collaborate with product management and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with product launches, promotions, and sales objectives. Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and optimize marketing spend to achieve maximum ROI and revenue growth. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support marketing initiatives and achieve business objectives. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in growth marketing, and incorporate relevant insights into TP-Link's marketing strategy. Requirements: BA/BS degree in marketing or a related field. 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or related roles, preferably in the technology or consumer electronics industry. Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. Experienced with paid advertising through Facebook, Google, or similar platforms, with extensive hands-on management experience. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms. Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and email marketing tools. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for driving business growth through innovative marketing initiatives. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members to achieve their full potential.
