We're currently seeking a Tax Production Operations Coordinator to join our expanding team in Albuquerque, New Mexico If you’re looking for an opportunity that will allow you to develop your client-facing and technical skills, and to advance your professional career this is the opportunity for you


The Tax Production Operations Coordinator ensures the accurate and timely preparation and assembly of client deliverables. This role is vital in supporting client-facing professionals by maintaining strong organizational and communication skills amidst balancing various tasks and meeting critical deadlines.


What You'll Do


  • Ensure accuracy and promptness in processing tax returns, extensions, and responding to notices.
  • Manage workflow, project deadlines, and client expectations with precise communication.
  • Anticipate and plan for internal clients' needs to meet deliverable deadlines.
  • Provide alternative solutions to client challenges for continuous service and satisfaction.
  • Accurately manage and monitor schedules to adhere to all deadlines.
  • Maintain compliance with quality standards, assist in binder rolling, and set up new client information.
  • Distribute and process tax organizers, and scan client data as required.


What You'll Bring


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • High School Diploma/GED is mandatory.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience, with a preference for candidates from professional services environments.

Salary: ~$47,331.65
