As a senior producer with The Many Studios, you play an integral part in making sure we deliver production excellence each and every day. You’re an experienced producer with management and department leadership experience and an extensive background in television, digital, print and audio. You’re a leader, a mentor, and a collaborator. Your communication and diplomatic skills are second to none. You have an agile, creative mind with refined aesthetic sensibilities. You’re the master of your craft, translating creative concepts into real-life brand experiences and defining creative production solutions that can generate measurable results for clients.


What this role is responsible for:

  • Creating, managing, and wraps budgets with production management
  • Creates detailed bid specs for vendors to work against
  • Manages the full director treatment & bidding process for commercial project award
  • Oversees all aspects of pre-production, production and post-production on assigned project Works closely with the project manager to ensure that all production decks are complete, thorough and ready for client presentations
  • Coordinates production and post resources when necessary to ensure each job is properly supported
  • Creates and continuously tracks both estimates and timelines in tandem with the production manager to complete our business partner’s objectives
  • Spearheads and manages assets on agency and production servers and the production website accordingly
  • Conducts and manages music searches for projects
  • Develops and maintains external relationships with vendors and contract resources both domestically and globally as needed
  • Coordinates the delivery and distribution of all master project files correlating directly with the final aspect ratios and deliverables needed per client
  • Delivers all jobs on-time and within budget
  • Manages projects in conjunction with any production responsibilities on assignments when necessary
  • Manages internal resources for meetings, reviews, client feedback revisions and approvals


What we need from you:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in a producer role
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to speak effectively and clearly with clients
  • Knowledge of Post-Production
  • Highly organized and able to multitask
  • A positive and dedicated team player who can work at all levels, never above doing what needs to be done
  • Must be willing to work beyond the 9 to 5 hours, including some weekends if needed
  • Open to working in-office three days a week


Other things we’d like to see:

  • Agency experience preferred
  • Experience working with Content Creators
  • Google apps knowledge (Sheets, Slides, etc.)


Our salary range for this opportunity is $125,000 to $140,000 annually. There are several factors taken into consideration in determining base salary, including but not limited to: job-related qualifications, skills, education and experience, as well as job location and the value of other elements of an employee’s total compensation package (i.e. benefits, retirement plan employer match, etc.).
