Role

This role will be directly working for The Ultimate Human. The Social Media Manager will plan, direct and coordinate all the company’s Social Media operations, from strategy and research to planning, execution and analysis. 


The ideal candidate will be an experienced, knowledgeable leader who understands the ins and outs of social media. This person should be proactive, innovative and passionate about what the company has to offer.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition
  • Responsible for scheduling content across social media platforms on a daily basis
  • Explore new ways to engage and new social networks to reach our target audience
  • Constantly monitor social media channels and engage with posts
  • Collaborate across the team and different departments to capture in-the-moment content while keeping overall content and social strategy in mind
  • Manage social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, and YouTube


Requirements

  • 6-7 years of social media and/or related digital marketing experience preferred
  • Strategic experience on social platforms including YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok and Instagram, as well as staying up to date on emerging platforms
  • Experience with TikTok shop
  • Passion for social media and good understanding of key trends
