SouthEast Hospice is locally owned and operated by four local Augusta medical professionals who specialize in different areas of the medical field. They came together with a vision to deliver high-quality care with a family-centric philosophy. We are patient-centric and family-oriented, which means we know the people we serve and understand their specific needs. Those who need hospice care services are each in unique situations, so we tailor individualize healthcare to ensure the best journey possible. At SouthEast Hospice, we are passionately committed to making healthcare better every day with clinical excellence and personal, compassionate, and quality hospice care service. We provide hospice care in the following counties within the CSRA: Columbia, Richmond, Burke, Jenkins, Jefferson, Washington, Glascock, Warren, McDuffie, Lincoln, and Wilkes.



Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Patient Care Manager at SouthEast Hospice in Augusta, GA. The Patient Care Manager will be responsible for overseeing quality patient care, providing direct patient care, training staff, and coordinating nursing activities on a daily basis.


Qualifications

  • Patient Care, Direct Patient Care, and Nursing skills
  • Experience in providing quality patient care and training staff
  • Ability to coordinate nursing activities effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance
  • Leadership and management experience in a healthcare setting
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
