This position reports to the Manager, Professional Services within Procurement and is responsible for non-employee job requisitions. Individuals in this role will collaborate with business partners and suppliers to quickly and effectively fill T&M requirements. Successful candidates will demonstrate an ability to; manage multiple concurrent initiatives, showcase strong internal personal skills to develop relationships with all levels of the organization and remain focused on standardizing and streamlining processes.


Day-to-day responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Quick and efficient requisition fulfillment
  • Working with business partners to manage overall resource plans for local and global engagements
  • Collaborating across business units to train them in our VMS system so they may create and maintain job requisitions and produce reporting within the VMS system
  • Training of all Staff Augmentation suppliers and hiring managers on processes and procedures
  • Developing and maintain strong relationships and partnerships with points of contact within business units and Staffing firms
  • Processing change requests (i.e. extensions, cost center changes, hiring manager etc.) within VMS for Staff Aug engagements
  • Ensuring data accuracy and integrity within the VMS tool used to track non-employees


Required Skills:

  • 2-4+ years of experience within a contingent labor program office, MSP provider, or procurement analyst role
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Business, Finance, Human Resources or a related field
  • Intermediate to advanced skills with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience utilizing Vendor Management Systems (VMS) such as VNDLY, Coupa, Beeline, Fieldglass, IQNavigator, WAND, etc.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to multitask, ability to standardize and streamline process


Individuals must:

  • Be a self-starter with the ability to develop plan of action for review with Management
  • Possess ability to communicate clearly and succinctly with Director and VP level business partners.
  • Be comfortable managing up when senior level business partners require guidance relative to company
