Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Business Development & Operation Management at LA Branch
  • Oversees the day-to-day workflow operations of the LA Branch
  • Develops sales goals to grow the location’s revenues
  • Oversees and manages performance of staff
  • Develops financial objectives and business plans
  • Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities
  • Maintains and develops positive relationships with existing and prospective clients, demonstrating excellent customer service and setting an example for other staff.
  • Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and promote the company


Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree and equivalent industry experience in Finance, Business Administration or Operational Management required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Branch Management; at least 1 year as an Assistant Branch Manager highly preferred.


Work Conditions

  • Salary: $80,000 + 20% profit-sharing on all net income generated by the LA Branch Office during the Company's Fiscal Year
  • Full time On-Site Employment
  • Location: Carson, CA
  • Hours: M-F, 8AM to 5PM
