What's Under the Hood

DriveTime Family of Brands includes in-house financing and servicing through Bridgecrest, which is one of the country's leading financial servicing providers. Bridgecrest services roughly $17 billion in finance receivables for DriveTime and other third parties. We service auto loans across a wide credit spectrum with the intent of creating a strong path to vehicle ownership for our customers.

That's Nice, But What's the Job?

In short, you will:
  • Monitor interactions between employees and customers to ensure the communication follows compliance standards and internal policies and procedures outlined by the business.
  • Participate in team initiatives such as call calibrations, trainings, and ad-hoc projects.
  • Assist with training through side-by-sides or other peer-to-peer interactions.


Skills & Requirements:
  • Verify accuracy and document analysis of customer communications.
  • Ability to gather information and provide specific and detailed feedback.
  • Confidently and effectively communicates to audiences at all levels, both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong critical thinking and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent analytical abilities to grasp key points from detailed phone calls and reports.
  • Familiarity with tools, concepts, and methodologies of quality assurance.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.
  • Have a growth mindset and the ability to develop, drive, and communicate with peers to complete tasks and achieve goals.
  • Enjoys the challenge of unfamiliar tasks and seek improvement through failure and success.
  • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

The Specifics.
  • High School or GED required.
  • Excellent oral, written communication and listening skills required.
  • Strong attention to detail skills required.
  • Knowledge in auto finance preferred.
  • Proficiency in excel preferred.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Must be comfortable working on site and have availability weekdays from 7am-4pm. This team works out of our Operations Center in East Mesa.
