We are looking for an experienced Community Manager to join our team.
The Community Manager is required to live onsite, once the unit becomes available, and the unit provided is a 2 bedroom (maximum occupancy of 5 people).
EXPERIENCE:
- Section 8 voucher experience
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Tax Credit
- Minimum of 1 year in conventional property management
- Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role overseeing other employees
- Minimum 1 year working in a position with comparable responsibilities.
- High school education or equivalent
- YARDI
- Formal instruction/designations such as a Certified Occupancy Specialist
- Financial management
- Microsoft 365 experience
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance to operate vehicles for company business
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to be flexible, a team player and interface professionally with all levels of internal and external customers
- The ability to hold the residents and employees accountable without being hostile
- Clear communication both written and oral including diplomacy and discretion
- Must have a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work with and understand persons of all ethnic and family backgrounds
