The Community Manager is required to live onsite, once the unit becomes available, and the unit provided is a 2 bedroom (maximum occupancy of 5 people).

EXPERIENCE:

  • Section 8 voucher experience
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in Tax Credit
  • Minimum of 1 year in conventional property management
  • Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role overseeing other employees
  • Minimum 1 year working in a position with comparable responsibilities.
  • High school education or equivalent
  • YARDI
  • Formal instruction/designations such as a Certified Occupancy Specialist
  • Financial management
  • Microsoft 365 experience
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance to operate vehicles for company business


ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to be flexible, a team player and interface professionally with all levels of internal and external customers
