Inside Sales/Business Development Representative (BDR) - Lead Generation Rockstar

If you answered yes to both, then we want to hear from you Azara Healthcare is seeking a passionate and results-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team.


In this role, you'll be the engine that fuels our sales pipeline. You'll leverage your prospecting prowess to identify high-value healthcare executives, providers, and potential customers.


Here's what you'll do:


  • Become a Lead Generation Machine: Utilize social selling, phone calls, emails, and strategic prospecting techniques to identify and qualify leads for Azara Healthcare's Population Health solutions.
  • Unlock the Power of CRM: You'll be our CRM champion, adept at capturing data, managing pipelines, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams.
  • Build Meaningful Relationships: Develop rapport with decision-makers and influencers throughout target organizations. Your consultative approach will uncover needs and pave the way for successful sales conversations.
  • Champion Azara Healthcare's Value: Articulate our unique value proposition, address concerns, and guide prospects towards the next steps in the sales process.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Through dedicated learning, gain a deep understanding of the healthcare market and competitive landscape.


We're looking for someone who:


  • Holds a BS/BA in a related field.
  • The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the sales cycle, even though they will not be responsible for managing it end-to-end.
  • Possesses exceptional communication skills (written and verbal), including active listening.
  • Demonstrates a positive and results-oriented mindset (optimistic, enthusiastic, competitive, etc.).
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Is a master of Microsoft Office and proficient in a leading CRM platform (HubSpot, Salesforce preferred).
  • Has 2-4 years of experience in inside sales or lead generation within the healthcare industry.


Bonus points if you:


  • Have experience generating leads for Population Health solutions.
  • Possess a strong understanding of healthcare trends and challenges.
  • Enjoy collaborating with a dynamic and supportive team.
