  • Manage program participant contact information via Salesforce
  • Manage program communication contact lists via Salesforce
  • Manage participant communications, from message development to distribution via "Salesforce Account Engagement"
  • Develop and manage a periodic (monthly) communication rhythm with members and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with the portal development team to add new members and update site content
  • Coordinate participant onboarding process
  • Prep onboarding materials
  • Coordinate meetings
  • Coordinate member account creation
