  • YOU get energy from delivering best-in-class services to homeowners and property managers. The Roofing Production Manager will oversee all aspects of roofing production, from scheduling and material procurement to on-site management and job close-out.
  • YOU are Bilingual in English and either Spanish or Portuguese.


Responsibilities:

Must have

  1. Lead Mighty Dog Roofing's evolving production process within a high growth paradigm
  2. Lead pre-construction meetings/consultations with homeowners when necessary to ensure accurate installation and align on expectations
  3. Lead the Job kickoff process
  4. Lead the screening of labor partners to create long term win-win partnerships
  5. Manage job “kick-off” duties, including conducting on-site safety briefings, ensuring that all correct materials have been delivered, install crew is clear on job to be performed, Customer Success staff can update homeowner on expected job progress for the day, “before” photos are complete, homeowner property is adequately protected from damage, and company-specific norms are adhered to
  6. Manage job close-out planning, including scheduling the removal of excess materials and waste. Coordinating/Conducting end-of-job responsibilities, including ensuring job-site cleanup activities, “after” photos, a walkthrough of the completed job with homeowners, and collection of final payment
  7. Guide/ Support Team to order materials operationalizing budgets and execution flexibility


Nice to have

  1. Use technology effectively to deliver in-field job management responsibilities via distributed support staff, including - ensuring materials are used appropriately (and waste is minimized), safety standards are adhered to, unexpected materials are procured in a timely manner, and job progress photos are taken by crew, conduct drone flights to collect before, progress, and after photos.
  2. Enable Customer Success Team's communications with crew(s) and homeowners about ongoing jobs
  3. Collaborate with Revenue Operations on the prioritization of jobs
  4. Collaborate with Customer Success Team to deliver on Production targets via Job costing analyses/assessment
  5. Collaborate with Customer Success Team on keeping and replenishing material inventories for commonly used items such as pipe boots, starter shingles, nails, etc.
  6. Collaborate with Customer Success Team on post-job documentation such as completion certificates, change orders, warranty filings, etc.


Non-negotiables:

  • Must be eligible to work in the US
  • Must have driver’s license and clean driving record for insurability to drive company vehicles like a Mercedes Sprinter, Dodge Ram Truck, Ford Transit Connect van
  • Be able to comfortably communicate with people from all aspects of the business – labor partners, homeowners/customers, and co-workers
  • Be part of a close-knit Team dedicated to delivering best-in-class services to homeowners
