Job Summary:

The Operations Administrative Assistant supports all Operations teams of the business. This position provides high-level administrative support to Operations teams including production, engineering, safety, maintenance and quality. The Operations Administrative Assistant can expect to interface regularly with department leaders and manage competing priorities and projects at any given time. The ideal candidate for this role has excellent communication skills, a strong sense of ownership over their work, and leads with the professionalism in all interactions.


Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Complete safety administrative tasks as part of safety processes.
  • Provide exceptional customer experience to visitors (front desk coverage) and callers (phone coverage).
  • Support Production and QA processes with scanning and other documentation needs.
  • Own Production recruiting needs and prescreening candidates.
  • Participate in Manufacturing Engineering print package completion process.
  • Support Company administrators with event coordination and planning.
  • Maintain conference rooms and office supplies for Operations plant to be clean and welcoming.
  • Support Operations department leaders with miscellaneous projects.
  • Handle all matters with an appropriate sense of urgency.


Education and Experience:

  • Knowledge of administrative assistant duties.
  • Able to reliably thrive without direct, constant oversight.
  • Excellent organization and communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • At least 3 years of related experience required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, additional education is a plus (not required).
