Overview

Providing exceptional customer service while driving bedding sales throughout the buying process.


Responsibilities

  • Ensure department is properly merchandised and any POP is appropriately displayed
  • Maintain customer relationships during and post-purchase
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with guests to resolve customer issues and concerns regarding bedding purchases and warranty claims
  • Continuous training for sales staff
  • Achieve or exceed bedding sales targets
  • Continue to develop skills and product knowledge


Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and communication skills
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays
  • Minimum 3 years in a mattress sales environment
  • Product knowledge in Sealy, TempurPedic, and Stearns & Foster mattresses


Benefits

Hourly pay plus commissions and bonuses equates to about $75K-$85K a year

Wednesday 10-6

Thursday 10-6
