Position Overview

Who You Are:
The Technical Implementation Specialist role is essential in delivering Clearwave's scheduling solutions to our clients. This position calls for a seasoned software engineer with the technical expertise and experience necessary to produce maintainable and test-driven code.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the design, development, and testing of a scalable scheduling system.
  • Work collaboratively with team members on feature improvements.
  • Assess project requirements to ensure timely delivery that meets client expectations.
  • Comprehend client objectives and ensure alignment at all levels.
  • Identify and evaluate project risks and dependencies.
  • Update key stakeholders (team, executives, clients, etc.) on project status.
  • Coordinate with customer success managers to align buyer expectations with client project needs.
  • Stay informed about new features and products.
  • Maintain project documentation and deliverables that can be utilized as intellectual capital.
  • Contribute to internal company initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of programming experience with SQL, XML, HTML, and JSON.
  • Experience in managing large healthcare clients and executing complex installations.
  • Customer-focused approach to problem-solving and providing hands-on support.
  • Proven ability to analyze, design, and construct intricate processes.
  • Outstanding communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated resourcefulness, motivation, and initiative.
  • Basic knowledge of Git or similar source control systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
