SUMMARY OF POSITION

The Admin IV- Tour Coordinator oversees the planning for all groups visiting the plant, such as customers, growers, vendors, and community groups. The TC is responsible for handling all company vehicle requests, and transportation to and from the airstrip for guests arriving by plane when needed. The TC will ensure that all the necessary PPE and gift bags are always readily available and organized. The TC must display excellent communication, people skills, and maturity in handling business.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and able to prioritize projects

Prioritizing conflicting needs; handling matters expeditiously, proactively, and following-through

Compile special reports and perform administrative duties as required

Scheduling of tours for visiting groups such as customers, growers, vendors, and community groups

Maintain Tour SOPs, update as needed

Schedule company vehicles and arrange for transportation as needed

Work with La Cocina on menus and catering needs

Manage PPE and gift bag supply inventory

Handle office and visit related requests from other Wonderful companies

Conference room scheduling as needed

Communicate with executive, administrative, and line management personnel to gather or convey relevant information

Work effectively with internal and external clients

Consistently meet deadlines with minimal supervision

Administrative tasks related to the Senior Team

Front Desk Backup: includes all the duties of the Receptionist while on reception duty


SKILL REQUIREMENTS

Language skills

Bilingual in English and Spanish communication is preferred

Superior critical thinking skills

Superior oral and written communication skills

Ability to effectively interact with all levels of management


Reasoning ability

Strong organizational and communication (written and verbal) skills

Requires a high degree of tact, initiative, accuracy, judgment and superior interpersonal skills, a thorough understanding of business practices and procedures


Computer skills

Strong PC skills (proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).


QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Requires a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative/hospitality/customer service capacity



PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and condensed work areas. The employee is also exposed to dust particles.
  • The employee is occasionally exposed to extreme heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. The dust levels in the work environment are usually high. (Safety protection will be provided)
  • The employee may spend 50% or more of their work hours on the plant floor

Pay Range: $23.70-$28.85 / hr
