Job Title: IVR Implementation Specialist


Job Summary:

The IVR Implementation Specialist works closely with Implementation Consultants to implement the RevSpring single or multi solution modules. He/she is responsible for selected requirements gathering, configuration, and testing activities on assigned projects. The role will work directly with client SME’s and stakeholders and collaborates with the RevSpring Project Lead and other matrixed project resources to define and deliver the client’s RevSpring solution. The role is expected to actively drive best practices and adhere to the implementation methodology as well as providing inputs into new or enhancing existing processes and collateral as part of the Solutions Engineer Practice Group.



Essential Functions:

  • Serves as the Implementation Specialist for assigned product(s). Primary focus of the role is two-fold:
  • Requirement’s definition, solution design, IVR configuration, and testing on organic growth and smaller new logo engagements
  • IVR Configuration and testing on multi-solution engagements
  • Collaborates with the solution architect, implementation specialists, product management, support and sales on how to solve client business needs utilizing product base features
  • Maintains a product focused discipline limiting any custom configurations
  • Configures selected RevSpring products on multi-solution engagements
  • Works closely with the implementation team; keeps the Project Lead, Solution Architect, and Implementation Manager, and Implementation Consultant(s) informed
  • Participates in Architecture Review Board sessions to understand the scope of client implementations, strategic client direction and any outstanding business needs
  • Provides guidance to support teams as required to triage complex statement issues
  • Participates in transition meetings within the Client support department
  • Maintains a strong working knowledge of RevSpring’s products, services and systems and utilizing that knowledge to offer direction/guidance to the team.
  • Advises internal staff on product functionality, customer workflows and best practices for troubleshooting
  • Continually builds a knowledge base library of product focused functionality documentation for business continuity and training
  • Actively participates in the development of the Solution Engineering Practice Group, utilizing and introducing best practices
  • Expected to learn all RevSpring products and with a high degree of specialism in 1-2 product areas.



Minimum Requirements:

  • ARM and RCM industry knowledge, HFMA/ARM training

Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)

Experience: 1-3 years’ experience in a software product implementations role within Healthcare and particularly revenue cycle management

Language Skills:

Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from a variety of both internal and external sources.
