WHAT YOU’LL DO


The Education team is the epicenter of our company. We have a vision to deliver the best and most trusted early education and care for children and families across America. Our Education team plays a major role in allowing us to deliver on that vision. As a key member of the team reporting to the Education Program Manager, the Education Services Coordinator partners cross-collaboratively within the Support Center and with vendors to create clear and concise communication and practical resources to support schools in implementing Balanced Learning®.


Duties and Responsibilities:


• Oversee Education Support system (i.e., Zendesk), ensuring timely responses to tickets, analyze common themes, and provide recommendations to better support programs and program adoption in schools

• Responds timely and accurately to Zendesk tickets, partnering with others when necessary.

• Ensure that all Education-related items are available, accurate, and posted to Primrose Intranet and digital platform systems according to School Planning Calendar

• Conduct quality control inspections of materials available to schools

• Notice and problem-solve for gaps or inaccuracies using available resources, guides, program knowledge, and technical abilities

• Lead ongoing document updates process for Education department across all avenues

• Manage timeline, project plan, and key deliverables for intradepartmental projects

• Organize virtual and in-person events for internal team, school leadership team members and Franchise Owners

• Collaborate cross-functionally internally and with vendors to provide clear and concise support to schools regarding FF&E, assessments, etc.

• Draft relevant content for various internal and external communications channels to support the implementation and maintenance of Education related programs


WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR


We seek to build teams of individuals who maintain trusted relationships, demonstrate accountability, influence without authority, have a service mindset, agility and curiosity. Our ideal candidate will possess a mix of the following skills and competencies:


•1-3 years of experience in the early childhood education field or administrative field

•A Bachelor’s degree in related field

•Understanding of Early Childhood Education, teaching and learning and a school environment

•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Power Point, Word, and Excel.

•Proven ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally, to multiple groups, both up and down/ internal and external.

• Proven ability to stay organized and detail-oriented, while being self-directed and self-motivated.

• Proven collaborator with the ability to rally multiple resources to accomplish goals.

• Adept in navigating digital, cloud-based platforms
