Role: Temporary (Part-time) Office Coordinator


Location: Plano, TX 75024


Target Start: August 5th – possibly the week prior


Schedule: Prefer this person to start working one day a week on Tuesdays. After a few weeks this would change to two days a week, targeting Tuesday and Thursday.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Supply Ordering (monthly)
  • Office Supplies, Wellness Snacks, Paper Products, Coffee
  • Collaboration Lunches (weekly)
  • Ordering, Set-Up, Clean-Up
  • Vendor Management (weekly/monthly)
  • Sparklets Water, Amazon, LTC Building Management, ShredIt, Trash Services
  • Special Events (as needed)
  • Social Events, Happy Hours, Birthdays, Holiday Parties
  • Building Management (as needed)
  • Toll Tag Garage Access, Keycards, Security Access, Liability Waivers, Conference Room Rentals, Checking Mail
  • Restocking (weekly)
  • Wellness Snack Area, Coffee Cabinet, Employee Fridge, Client Fridge, Office Supplies, First Aid
  • Office Maintenance (weekly)
  • Clean Counters, Collaboration lunch Clean Up, Trash Services, Microwave
  • Kadence Bookings (as needed)




Notes From The Hiring Manager Call

  • MUST BE ON SITE ON TUESDAY AND THURSDAYS
  • Responsibilities- very basic admin work, ordering supplies, ordering lunches on weekly basis (catering), dealing with vendors (water machine, amazon, building management/maintenance, etc)
  • Needs to have a no task is too small mindset
  • Helps with hosting events, the admin will help support those (social event and happy hour)
  • Working with Building management and key cards/ security, etc
  • Booking software- Cadence Bookings- would be a nice to have
  • Concurr experience would be a nice to have
  • Hiring Manager- Janice- Works in the Ohio office- not face to face management. Needs to be ok with this
  • Start Date: First week in August (1-2 days a week for the first couple of weeks ideally)
  • End Date: End of the Year
  • 16 hours a week (2, 8 hour days)
  • No responsibilities outside of the office hours (8-5)
  • Working with a few leaders- not supporting the EA duties. Truly an admin/operations role
