Riachi @One21 Apartments is looking for a Leasing Consultant like you


Guided by our core values, a Leasing Consultant is the warm, inviting face and voice of the Company. We are looking for a sales-driven customer service representative who can set goals and achieve results. You will report to the on-site Property Manager and play an integral part in the success of the community.


You will be assisting prospective residents in finding their new home while highlighting our apartments and community amenities. We will rely on you to manage the leasing process from start to finish. You will be responsible for assisting with resident relations and conducting appropriate follow-up.


If you possess strong social media skills and marketing savvy, you’ll play a crucial role in coordinating the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals. Familiarity with property management software is advantageous but not necessary.


The Company offers a competitive hourly range of $16.50 - $17.50 with commission eligibility and a monthly performance-based bonus eligibility.
