Remote Regional Sales Manager

Must Haves:
- Bachelors degree in business, or related field
- Experience in sales in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in selling machinery and capital equipment (CNC and/or WaterJet) – don’t need hands on, but know how CNC works / who would use it / or sold in the past.
- Ability to travel 50% of the time – or less
Day to Day:
We are seeking a driven and results oriented Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue growth. To excel in this role you should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality, anda a hunger to chase and close new business opportunities.
Managing their book of business. Managing the dealerships in that area – not cold calling. Flex sells their products to dealerships then they sell to end users.
Responsibilities:
- Contacting potential customers to establish rapport and arrange meetings
- Act as the Flex product line expert for dealer and customers in your region
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities
- Manage our dealer networks
Additional Information:
- Base salary of 80k - plus commission - encompassing around $130-150k
- 3 weeks vacation and 1 personal / sick week after 90 days
