Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Dining Room Manager at One if by Land, Two if by Sea in New York, NY. The Dining Room Manager will be responsible for overseeing customer service, food & beverage operations, staff training, and ensuring a high standard of food service. Additionally, the role may involve some aspects of cooking and kitchen management.


Qualifications

  • Customer Service and Food & Beverage skills
  • Experience in Food Service and Training
  • Knowledge of basic cooking principles
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a detailed-oriented environment
  • Previous management experience in a fine dining restaurant setting
  • Food safety certification (e.g., ServSafe)
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field
