Overview:

We are actively seeking a Commercial HVAC Service and Project Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team in San Jose, CA. This key role focuses on driving new business development within the commercial HVAC sector, encompassing everything from sales strategy formulation to hands-on project management. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of technical HVAC knowledge, strong sales acumen, and an ability to lead projects from inception through to completion. Your mission will be to expand our market presence, forge lasting client relationships, and consistently achieve sales and profitability goals.


Responsibilities:


  • Proactively identify and pursue new service and project sales opportunities in the commercial HVAC market.
  • Create and deliver compelling sales proposals to both prospective and existing clients, securing contracts that drive profitability.
  • Engage in client relationship management through diligent prospecting, networking, and follow-up activities to build and maintain strategic partnerships.
  • Manage the lifecycle of HVAC projects, ensuring they are delivered in alignment with client specifications and satisfaction metrics.
  • Anticipate client needs, providing solutions that foster long-term engagement and partnership.
  • Meet or exceed sales quotas and profit targets through effective sales strategy execution and management.
  • Act as the principal liaison for clients, facilitating transparent communication across all phases of project development.
  • Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to ensure project requirements are met and client expectations are exceeded.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions to strategically position the company for growth.


Requirements:


  • Comprehensive knowledge of commercial HVAC systems coupled with a proven sales track record in the industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and sales objectives, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and targets.
  • Strong background in sales with proven success in generating new business and acquiring new clients.
  • Outstanding communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills, enabling effective team collaboration and independent operation.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and auto liability insurance.
  • Local to San Jose, CA, or open to relocation, with a stable and verifiable history of success in the commercial HVAC sector.
