  • Build and deepen relationships with new and established clients, delving into their specific HVAC desires and prescribing aligned solutions.
  • Employ profound HVAC knowledge from former technician stints to enhance customer dialogues and position our services at the market's zenith.
  • Formulate detailed HVAC project assessments, ensuring utmost precision and competitive positioning.
  • Work with our specialized technical division to ensure project outlines coincide with our delivery potential, paving the way for fluid transitions.

  • Resolutely meet or surpass monthly and annual sales milestones, powering the company's upward momentum.
Qualifications:
  • Must reside in or around San Jose, CA.
  • At least 3 years in HVAC project appraisal and sales.
  • Experience as a commercial HVAC service technician, furnishing a comprehensive perspective on HVAC mechanisms and operations.
  • Command over the MS Office Suite and familiarity with CRM utilities for streamlined sales mapping and customer handling.
  • Stellar interpersonal skills complemented by eloquent communicative prowess, crafting lasting client connections.
