Qualifications

Essential.

  • Tremendous discretion, personal integrity, and a positive attitude.
  • At least four years of recent public accounting experience with a focus on:
  • Audit and assurance services for closely held business and not-for-profit entities; and
  • Tax return preparation for related entities.
  • A current and comprehensive understanding of current assurance, and tax laws and pronouncements.
  • A willingness to support and participate in business development efforts.
  • Thrives working in a team-based, fast paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Currently possess an active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license or be actively working towards obtaining it.


Nice to have.

  • College degree in accounting is preferred.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a bonus but is not required.
  • Experience with Citrix and CCH Engagement and CCH Axcess/ProFX are a plus.
