Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily Deposits: Process physical checks received by the mailroom and deposit them into banking portals.
  • Service Requests: Respond to service request tickets for check copies and various other Treasury-related inquiries.
  • Bank Statements: Retrieve bank statements from portals and save them to shared drives for record-keeping.
  • Bank Fee Analysis: Distribute necessary information to the Operations team to support bank fee analysis.
  • Mail Management: Open and sort incoming mail, scan documents as needed, and request banks to stop sending paper copies when applicable.
  • Additional Tasks: Perform other duties as assigned to support the Treasury Operations team.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Basic banking background is required.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling banking operations.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using bank portals, scanners, and Microsoft applications, particularly Excel.
  • Work Ethic: Energetic, eager to learn, and a quick learner who looks for ways to assist beyond assigned duties.
  • Adaptability: Flexible and willing to take on new duties as they arise.
