- Conduct daily storage unit inspections to ensure inventory and availability, and make recommendations to customers on storage solutions.
- Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits, ensuring accurate financial records.
- Communicate with customers regarding payment reminders and collections, and provide support with moving and storage supplies.
- Work independently at multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a retail, restaurant, or service-based environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and walk in/around facilities for up to 50% of the workday.
