About the Company:

The primary Service Desk is recruiting for an IT System Support Specialist whose primary

duties will be to receive, review, track, troubleshoot, and resolve trouble reports related to

system/application related requests for company's systems or route them to the appropriate support team.


Requirement:

  • 3-5 years experience in Active Directory
  • Understanding of Wide Area Network architecture at a higher level.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 at a public sector level is desirable
  • Adaxes and MECM: Experience with these tools for supporting customer systems and account management.
  • Jira: Proficiency in placing and tracking support tickets.


About the Role:

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Knowledge of Active Directory or other identity management system
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work with rapidly changing priorities
  • Experience with troubleshooting Windows systems
  • Good verbal and writing skills for customer interaction and documentation
  • Good problem isolation skills, and a broad general knowledge of IT systems
  • The ability to shift topics rapidly
  • Working knowledge of Jira for the placing and tracking of calls.
  • The use of Adaxes and MECM for supporting customer systems and account management
  • A working knowledge of the of M365 on a public sector lever is desirable
  • Be familiar with concepts of enterprise level applications
  • Familiarity with WAN architecture at a higher level
