We are currently seeking a highly motivated Senior Construction Manager located in Dallas, TX .

Overview:
The Senior Construction Manager will be responsible for providing overall leadership, coordination, and monitoring of field construction activities and/or management of engineering services on projects of a diverse nature in accordance with design specifications to ensure that construction projects are completed in compliance with the drawings and specifications, within budget, and on schedule. In the absence of the Construction Project Manager, serves as the senior company representative at the construction site with responsibility for ensuring that construction proceeds in accordance with design and contractual documents.

Required Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field

Preferred Certifications:

  • Professional certifications such as PMP or CCM are a plus.

Required Qualifications:

In order to become a candidate, you must possess the following skills and abilities.

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of construction management experience.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering large-scale construction projects.
  • Excellent project management skills, including budgeting and scheduling.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage construction projects, focusing on infrastructure development, expansion, and renovation.
  • Ensure strict adherence to industry regulations, including safety protocols, environmental standards, and security measures.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on all construction-related activities including related processes.
  • Manage multiple projects and handle reporting to the Senior Project Manager and stakeholders.
  • Oversee an extensive CM team that includes, as needed, and approved by construction managers, and other CM support staff.
  • Review and recommend updates/expansion of existing CM procedures/processes.
  • Oversee the field activities and schedule coordination along with liaising with end users and authorities having jurisdiction (AHJ).
  • Review standard operating procedures and project delivery manual and train respective teams on project requirements.
  • Assist the Senior Project Manager in developing executive reporting and schedule updates.
  • Provide guidance and leadership on all field issues.
  • Oversee the QA/QC program and align it with end users requirements.

Salary:

  • $70.00 - $90.00/hr.

Bonus Pay:
A bonus may be granted to employees depending on individual performance, employee utilization, attendance, tenure, and furtherance of other non-financial corporate goals; bonus opportunities are available at managements discretion.
