Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for all matters related to TMT's digital marketing services.
  • Work with our digital marketing strategy team to create a quarterly marketing plan with agreed upon goals, budgets and activities for each client.
  • Meet monthly with our clients to review the quarterly plan, including campaign metrics and initiatives, adjusting the plans as necessary based on performance.
  • Help oversee the coordination and implementation of all TMT marketing services including our Fractional Marketing Coordinator (FMC) services, our CRM services and support, digital marketing campaigns, websites, member events, etc.
  • Work with our marketing specialists to troubleshoot any campaigns not performing, as well as incorporate new strategies and best practices to constantly improve our clients' results.


Qualifications:

  • At least an intermediate knowledge and experience with digital lead generation for SMALL local businesses, ideally for b2b service providers (marketing services, MSPs, CPAs, attorneys, medical, professional services, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Account management experience with the ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with clients.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with a keen eye for details.
  • High professional maturity and the ability to command respect from the CEOs and professionals they will be working with.
  • A fast, eager learner of marketing and consulting best practices.
  • Storybrand methodology is a big plus
  • Digital agency experience is highly preferred, but not required.


Additionally, this person will need to develop an in-depth understanding of the “TMT way” of marketing so they can advise clients appropriately on how to set sales and marketing goals and achieve them, troubleshoot problems and failures, and make appropriate recommendations. Training will be provided.


While not a requirement for the position, this person will also have an in-depth understanding of MSPs and how they operate, including industry lingo, MSP best-in-class metrics for overall growth and profitability, best-in-class and average metrics for marketing by channel, the MSP sales process, etc.
