Position Summary

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for modeling the Compassus values of Compassion, Integrity, Excellence, Teamwork, and Innovation and for promoting the Compassus philosophy. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies across various online platforms. The Digital Marketing Manager will increase brand awareness, drive website and call center traffic, generate leads, driving volumes through digital channels.

Position Specific Responsibilities
  • Develops and implements digital marketing strategies to drive online engagement generating leads.
  • Oversees and improves digital strategies, such as pay-per-click (PPC), display advertising, and social media, and use data to track and measure the best ways to engage audiences online.
  • Utilizes analytics tools to track and measure the performance of digital marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions to improve results.
  • Collaborates with the creative, communications, and local teams to create engaging content for digital channels.
  • Monitors and manages the company's online reputation and strategies related to increasing reputation online, including continual tracking/trending, developing and deploying new tactics to engage consumers, and responding to customer reviews and comments.
  • Keeps current on digital marketing developments and effective strategies, artificial intelligence, and recommend continuous improvements.
  • Performs other duties as required.
Education and/or Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two to three (2-3) years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on advertising, digital assets, and reputation management.
  • Healthcare experience preferred.
Skills
  • Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentage.
  • Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from leaders, team members, investors, and external parties. Excellent written and verbal communications.
  • Other Skills and Abilities: Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English. Articulates and embraces integrated healthcare at home philosophy.
  • Other Skills and Abilities: Proficient in digital advertising platforms and tools. Strong knowledge of digital asset management and online engagement strategies. Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
