They don't comb through contract paperwork, and they're not expected to bear the burden of ALL needed support for agents in their market.
Managing brokers at Worth Clark Realty respond to higher-level support requests from agents they manage. What a managing broker typically deals with on a day-to-day basis is taken almost entirely off of their plate and handled by our core support team, such as marketing, recruiting, onboarding, general questions, compliance, transaction management, commission disbursements, and more. This structure allows our managing brokers to be accessible and provide prompt broker-level support when a Worth Clark agent reaches out to them.

A successful real estate agent is someone who knows real estate and knows people. A managing broker knows real estate, knows people, and wants others to succeed as much as they want themselves to succeed. A managing broker at Worth Clark Realty is a successful agent who sees the value we provide and has the desire to share it, grow it, and benefit from it.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist licensees with any questions and issues they may have in regard to conducting brokerage activities in the market
- Assist licensees with any issues and disputes that may arise with other salespeople, agents, brokers, managing brokers, clients, customers, vendors, and other members of the public
- Assist with some onboarding, orientation, and training of licensees in the market
- Produce content that is valuable to your agents via video and/or written mediums
- Act as the liaison to the local MLS(s) and Realtor Association(s)
- Be the expert in local contracts, customs, and norms
- Assist with enforcement of office policies, including discipline of licensees
- Assist with the recruitment of licensees as necessary
