Experience in governance, compliance, policy management, and stakeholder engagement to support Responsible AI initiatives.


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate projects and make detailed plans to accomplish goals.
  • Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients.
  • Analyze technology, resource needs, and prioritization to assess project feasibility.
  • Confer with management and stakeholders to discuss project specifications and procedures.
  • Organize and support communications on project status and plans to stakeholders and executive sponsors.
  • Manage timeline and milestone delivery, including identifying and flagging at-risk deliverables.
  • Manage policy requirements, stakeholder management, and ensure alignment with architecture and policy timelines. Collaborate with the Responsible AI tool team.
  • Assist the public policy team in understanding and applying regulations and policies.


Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Knowledge of business and management principles in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
  • Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.


Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • 5-8 years in Compliance/Governance, with the ability to translate policy or legal statements into actionable tasks.
  • Experience with Responsible AI initiatives and projects.
  • 5-7 years of experience required in Program/ Project Management.
  • PMI or PMP certification preferred.
