We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Test and Measurement Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of test and measurement equipment and solutions to meet customer needs across various industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of test and measurement products, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.

What You‘ll Do

Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within target industries such as telecommunications, electronics, automotive, aerospace, or industrial sectors.
  • Achieve sales targets and objectives through proactive customer engagement and lead generation.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize sales growth.

Customer Engagement:

  • Consult with clients to understand their technical requirements and recommend suitable test and measurement solutions.
  • Deliver presentations, demonstrations, and training to showcase product capabilities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

Product Knowledge and Technical Expertise:

  • Stay up to date on the latest advancements in test and measurement technologies and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to address customer-specific requirements.
  • Assist in troubleshooting technical challenges to support customer success.

Market Research and Reporting:

  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and potential new markets.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to management.
  • Gather customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.

Collaboration and Coordination

    • Work closely with internal teams including marketing, customer support, and product management.
    • Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events.

What You‘ll Bring

  • Bachelor‘s degree in engineering, business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in test and measurement equipment or technical solutions.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new technologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
