Position Overview
We're searching for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to play a crucial role in driving growth by excelling in lead generation and securing new business. This role requires a proactive approach to networking, sales, and relationship-building with a focus on delivering results and creating long-term value.
Weekly Sales Expectations
To be successful in this role, the Outside Sales Representative will:
- Conduct 120-150 door pulls to generate leads and build visibility.
- Set 10 qualified appointments with potential clients.
- Achieve 60-70 meaningful connects with decision-makers.
- Close at least 2 new contracts weekly to drive consistent revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Build a Strong Pipeline: Generate and maintain a steady flow of new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and proactive outreach.
- Develop Client Relationships: Conduct outside sales and in-person client visits to establish and nurture relationships with new and existing clients.
- Engage Decision-Makers: Identify and connect with key decision-makers to foster strong business partnerships.
- Deliver Compelling Presentations: Prepare and present tailored solutions to prospective clients that align with their needs and goals.
- Collaborate for Success: Work closely with our recruiting team to ensure client staffing needs are effectively met.
- Stay Organized and Informed: Keep accurate records of sales activities in our CRM and stay informed of industry trends to provide clients with strategic insights.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in B2B sales, business development, or account management. Demonstrated success in generating new business through outside sales and cold calling.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence decision-makers.
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in the staffing industry is a plus but not essential.
