Overview:

In this role, you'll be instrumental in driving our business growth by seeking and developing new business opportunities within the industrial cleaning and environmental service sector. Building lasting relationships with prospective clients and understanding their needs, you'll offer solutions perfectly matched to American Environmental's services.



Key Responsibilities:


Prospect and Identify Leads:

  • Research and pinpoint potential clients in the industrial cleaning and environmental service market.(hydroblasting, tank cleaning, waste transportation, demolition, hydroexcavation, vacuum truck services, degassing and tank wash, and ISO services)
  • Gain insights into client needs, challenges, and industry trends.
  • Generate and assess leads via cold calling, networking, and digital research.


Manage Client Relationships:

  • Cultivate strong ties with corporate clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Host meetings and give presentations to highlight the capabilities and services of American Environmental.
  • Actively listen to client feedback and address any issues swiftly with Operations Team.


Deliver Sales Presentations and Proposals:

  • Develop and present persuasive sales presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
  • Articulate the unique benefits of American Environmental's services.

 

Conduct Market and Competitive Analysis:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities.
  • Use market data and client feedback to uncover opportunities for service improvements or expansion.
  • Share valuable market insights and prospects with the management team.


Achieve Sales Targets:

  • Set and pursue sales targets and revenue goals, both as an individual and as part of the sales team.
  • Craft and implement sales strategies and action plans.
  • Continuously monitor and report on sales performance and progress.


Maintain Documentation and Reporting:

  • Keep current records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress in the CRM system.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Work with operations and finance teams for smooth project handoffs and invoicing.


Qualifications:

  • Preferred bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated industrial sales experience, especially in industrial cleaning or related fields.
  • Solid knowledge of industrial and environmental industry ,cleaning procedures, equipment, and processes.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for building rapport quickly.
  • Results-oriented with a proven track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
  • Self-driven, organized, and capable of working independently.
  • Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend industry events.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and environmental compliance is an advantage.
