Marketing Representative - Direct Hire Opportunity

Presented by Long's Human Resource Services

Join a leading company as a Marketing Representative and drive sales goals and initiatives. Reporting to the Regional Director, you will play a key role in achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and address prospects' needs to offer effective proposals.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Sell supplies and additional services to new and existing customers.
  • Achieve monthly sales quotas and maintain a high closing percentage.
  • Conduct 40-50 calls and 10 door knocks daily, setting at least 16 appointments per month.
  • Ensure timely completion of all administrative tasks and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of successful sales experience.
  • College degree.
  • Strong ethics and values.
  • Ability to work 75% of the time in the field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.

Physical Requirements:

  • Travel via car and canvass all day.
  • Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and lift 10-30 pounds.
  • Good hand-eye coordination and dexterity.

Work Schedule:

  • Variable hours, Monday-Friday, as scheduled by management.
  • Salaried/Exempt position with one hour for lunch each day.
